The land at the Airport represents one third of the City’s industrial opportunity with over 170 hectares of undeveloped land that is zoned for a variety of commercial applications. The NSBIA partnered with the City and with YVR, the airport’s management company, to conduct a comprehensive inventory of the lands, to determine their best use and to manage for the zoning to be adopted into the Official Community Plan.
